BEST BARGAIN FOR DINING OUT

Using free online coupons doesn't always work, especially for large purchases. One good example of this is dining out at a nice restaurant. There really is not a good source online for a free meal. The old saying of no free lunch does apply.

However, how about a highly discounted dinner? When you are willing to put a little money into the equation, you can get your hands on some very powerful savings.

The best way to save money when dining out (at quality restaurants) is with Restaurant.com, a great website where you can purchase coupons for up to 80% off a regular priced meal. Now for a few qualifying statements. 1) This website is not for people who want to eat fast food. If you want McDonalds, Sonic or BK, then you better look in the Sunday paper for some discount (physical) coupons. 2) There will be a minimum that you must spend when you buy your coupon. For example, if you buy a coupon for $20, you will most likely need to spend at least $40 - $50 at the restaurant.

There are some serious deals within this company. Restaurant.com runs specials about 4 -5 times a year, and you can find 80% off on several top notch restaurants in hundreds of cities.

A good example of a quality discount at Restaurant.com is as follows...

Gibsons Steakhouse in Chicago, an average meal for two could easily run $150 plus. If you catch Restaurant.com at the right time (they will email you the sale events once you sign-up) you can buy a coupon for $20 that will get you $100 in spending power at that restaurant. So, assuming you still run your tab up to $150, your total out of pocket for the whole experience will only be $70. Not too bad.

Check out Restaurant.com for some serious (but not free) restaurant deals.
